- Service is available to all of our customers on a 24/7 basis
- Our main number is answered around the clock for service dispatch
- To speed and assist with service calls, each site is given a unique number that identifies the customer, address, phone number, and contact personnel
- A technician(s) will be dispatched promptly via phone and/or email with the site ID, nature of the problem and spare parts needed
- A record is kept of each service call, the problem, and parts used
- This enables us to establish a pattern and identify those areas in need of replacement or upgrading
Taking Security With You
Our service department provides the core service that your business needs on an ongoing basis. This is an area where we place great emphasis and, correspondingly, have invested in technology to drive the best response time possible for your service needs.
Customers can use our Web Based Service Portal to request service, track open service calls, and identify recurring problems. The Web Portal allows traveling security executives to monitor system status and service response wherever they are, around the clock.
SCI technicians are certified by each manufacturer to service their particular product. We stock our service vans with standard replacement parts for most systems. In the event that a part is not immediately available, we will expedite it to your site for installation.
